Ongoing Compliance Support
Laven supports clients through periodic monitoring visits, reviews of AML procedures, assisting with MLRO reports and controllers and close links reports. Our solutions also include ad hoc assistance for any day-to-day compliance and regulatory queries that may arise.
Laven can assist you on an ongoing basis following direct authorization by the FCA or as a more mature firm looking for assistance in regards to compliance. Laven’s ongoing compliance services are driven by proprietary regulatory technology designed to digitalise the compliance work flow thereby reducing human error and increasing time and cost efficiencies. Laven Tech also reduces your dependence on external advice, enabling you to carry out independent monitoring.
Our clients rely on us as if we are part of their team. They benefit from our expertise and have a reliable point of contact for any queries in relation to compliance and regulation.
We will assist your Firm in completing its quarterly ongoing monitoring reports using the Laven Tech software. Alternatively, at your request, we can provide assistance with quarterly audit visits if the firm is already undertaking its own monitoring.
We offer to review your internal procedures related to money laundering and drafting of a money laundering report together with your MLRO on an annual basis.
Laven offers assistance (up to an agreed number of hours per annum) with general FCA queries and with any other non-financial FCA reports. We also assist in the preparation of your controllers and close links reports to the FCA.
The use of proprietary technology allows us to have a constant touchpoint with our clients, but also offers them comfort that they are meeting all of the relevant requirements. Laven Tech's Compliance Assistant includes a maintained compliance manual, a quarterly monitoring plan, access to compliance registers, employee-specific records and attestations and online training to ensure the compliance officer has efficient oversight of your Firm’s compliance.
