Laven Partners retains its ISO 9001:2008 Q.M. Certification

Laven Partners’ Independent Process of Operational Due Diligence (IPODD) service has reached the end of its 3-year assessment cycle of the ISO 9001:2008 management system standards by the British Standards Institution (BSI).
Laven’s internationally recognized due diligence service was first certified in 2009 and has since then been subject to annual assessments by the BSI. In September 2012 it was reassessed for the effectiveness and quality against the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 standards and was recertified for the next 3 years.
As part of the BSI’s Continuing Assessment visit in 2010, Laven Partners was subjected to a review of the quality manual it has in place and also the customer feedback processes it uses. In 2011, other areas of the service were reviewed, including internal audit procedures and their effectiveness in highlighting areas of improvement. Finally, at this year’s strategic review for the recertification, the BSI focused on covering aspects such as management commitment, effectiveness of interactions and continued compliance with the quality manual.
Laven Partners is proud to announce that all processes were found to be detailed and effective, without any non-conformities raised.
