Laven Partners retains its ISO 9001:2008 certification for its Operational Due Diligence services

Laven Partners is delighted to announce that for yet another year its processes were found to be effective by the British Standards Institution (BSI) and that its internationally recognised quality management system certification has been renewed. Laven Partners has proudly held the ISO 9001:2008 designation for the quality and reliability of its independent process of operational due diligence (IPODD) since 2009.
As part of the BSI’s Continuing Assessment visits, Laven Partners’ work is subject to an annual examination of its quality manual and internal processes. The continued certification adds value to the standards and excellence maintained by Laven Partners and recognised by the industry over the years: the designation acknowledges the systematic approach of Laven Partners’ operational due diligence processes, the depth of each review and the consistency and quality of the final product.
Tanja Ferri, Managing Director at Laven Partners commented: “We regard this certification as highly essential for our business as it not only acknowledges the quality of our work, but also the stability and consistency of our processes and methodologies. Over the years we have added as part of our process the use of our unique software, the Due Diligence Manager, which has helped us to further improve quality controls. We are pleased to be able to offer a service that has been renowned during the last decade and the price of which has been cut thanks to the Due Diligence Manager, combining subject matter expertise with technology.”
