The regulatory and compliance processes of the Chenavari Financial Group businesses (which include Chenavari Investment Managers and Chenavari Financial Advisors) have been assessed by independent compliance consultants Laven Partners.
Throughout an in-depth assessment conducted both on and off-site during the past few months, Chenavari companies were tested in a number of areas and subsequently passed the independent checks.
Following Chenavari’s FSA compliance review, as required under SYSC 6.2 of the FSA Handbook, the compliance department of Laven Partners independently validated Chenavari’s systems and controls. Chenavari is therefore confirmed to have in place the requisite processes to meet the requirements set by the FSA: as a result, Chenavari Investment Managers and Chenavari Financial Advisors were issued with the Laven Compliance Certificate.
