Laven's Compliance team supports a wide variety of different clients from hedge fund start-ups to large financial institutions.
Roles involve a variety of tasks from working closely with clients on their regulatory compliance issues, through liaising directly with the FCA, to development of content for our groundbreaking tech.
Laven's Due Diligence ('DD') team provides operational and investment review services to clients on a global scale. The reviews undertaken by the DD team assess the asset manager and the fund's commitment to regulation and best practice within the industry. Our reports cover wide extensively business practices and policies including HR, IT, compliance, selection of service providers, risk management and ESG (environmental and social governance).
Laven's Tech Team are continually enhancing the firm's best-in-class software solution- Laven Tech. Members of the Tech Team contribute to the full life cycle of the development from writing quality code to contributing more broadly to the decision making process on the design of functionality, user interface and technical solutions.

Laven's Sales & Marketing team is helping bring Laven's wide variety of high-quality products to market. Members of the team contribute across the entire lifecycle of the sales process, from helping design marketing campaigns to attract new prospects and further promote the Laven brand; to conversing with potential clients to determine which of Laven's suite of services are best suited for their needs.
Members of the sales & marketing team are cross-trained in other parts of the business to increase their knowledge of the industry and regulations to better sell and promote Laven's products and services.
The Finance & Operations teams provide the foundation for Laven to reach its ambitious goals over the next few years, they are the backbone of Laven and help deal with important internal and external factors to help increase the company's competitive advantage within the market; help design and implement the tools allowing Laven team t maximise their output and ensuring the company runs smoothly and delivers maximum profitability.
